SB17 has stalled

SB17 has been stalled in HJC due to all of the proposed amendments and lack of clear writing of the bill. HJC won’t have enough time to get back to the bill to work on the amendments. It didn’t necessarily die in committee, but in spirit it has. Keep your wits about you because it will probably show up again in the 60 day session.
