1973 Remington 700 17REM 9/10 fs/ft

I’m letting of one of my old Remington 700 rifles from September of 1973 that is in near mint condition. 17Rem came out in 1971 and this one our family has had since 73. I’m interested in selling it for 1400 face to face near Bosque farms 2a I will also consider trades plus cash I am looking for a 300 blackout AR pistol or rifle plus cash or handgun on top in 22 long rifle preferred. This is pretty much the only trade that I’m interested in otherwise just cash make me an offer but 1400 is more than fair so I’m not leaving much wiggle over on that price considering it’s condition and sale terms.
