American Arms Silver I Over/Under Shotgun – Rare 28 Gauge (Made in Italy)

Up for sale is an American Arms Silver I over/under break-action shotgun chambered in 28 Gauge (2¾” chamber).
Manufactured in Italy by Fausti Stefano and imported by American Arms Inc. (North Kansas City, MO). This shotgun features elaborate full-coverage scroll engraving on the silver-finished receiver, a single gold trigger, a ventilated top rib, and a checkered walnut stock.
Because sub-gauge (28 ga) models were produced in far smaller quantities than standard 12 or 20 gauge models, they are highly sought after for upland bird hunting and clay shooting due to their lightweight, fast-handling frame and soft recoil.
