Dear Vendors,

Thank you for reaching out! We are excited to have you on the floor layout for the upcoming Late-Summer Gun Show at the Valencia County Fairgrounds on August 1-2 2026

To help you prepare your inventory and display layout, here are the exact answers to our most frequently asked vendor questions:

1. Table Dimensions & Coverings:
Each rented space includes a standard 8-foot commercial folding table.
Chairs are provided free of charge.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table covers, skirting, and display racks.

2. Electricity & Power Access:
If you requested power during registration, your space is located along a wall perimeter.
Please bring your own heavy-duty, grounded extension cords (minimum 25 ft) and a surge-protected power strip to connect safely to the fairground outlets.

3. Load-In, Unloading, & Hours:
Load-In: Friday, July 31, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Drive around to the south side of the exhibition hall to use the bay doors.
Saturday Hours: Hall opens for vendors at 7:00 AM (Public entry at 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Sunday Hours: Hall opens for vendors at 8:00 AM (Public entry at 9:00 AM -4:00 PM).

4. Building Security & Overnight Storage:
The main exhibition hall will be completely locked, alarmed, and monitored by dedicated overnight security personnel on both Friday and Saturday nights.
You do not need to pack down your tables overnight, though we always recommend covering your display with a sheet or tarp at closing time.
