WTT Real Estate for Guns

Plans have changed, so I’m looking to offload some raw land in both NM and WY for guns, ammo, and gear. Photos and details are available upon request for serious interested parties, happy to answer all questions and handle all the paperwork.

I have half an acre of raw land in Sandoval County, off Rainbow Blvd. It’s an empty lot in rolling hills, with nice views and nobody else nearby for miles. I’ve used it intermittently as a shooting spot, and it’s perfect for that. Dirt road access, no utilities, no development within line of sight. Valuing this one at $2-3k in trade, but flexible depending on the specifics of the deal.

Second lot is a 42-acre mining claim in the mountains of SE Wyoming, near Elk Mountain and the small town of Saratoga. Dirt road access, year-round creek flowing through the property, half wooded (pine forest) and half grassland with a larger river within walking distance. This is a placer claim for quartz and gold, and has incredible versatility for recreational use (fish in the creek and river, hunting everywhere, camping year-round). No permanent structures allowed by the terms of the claim, but you have full usage, water, and mineral rights and can basically use it how you see fit as long as you don’t put a house on it. Valuation on this one is $20k, again flexible and open to interesting deals.

Looking for quality rifles and handguns of any design as I expand my collection, as well as quantities of ammunition. Also open to precious metals, NOT interested in vehicles or other land.
